Exactly as described. I order the wrong model and when I told spartan mounts they took care of it right away. Exchanged for free for the correct one and sent out the one I needed before I even shipped the wrong one back. These guys are awesome.

Gave it 5 stars because of the quality and the fact that nobody else makes a holder for the DeWalt 12 volt batteries. My 'but' in the review title, stems from our desire to have the batteries click into the holder to eliminate the possibility of them jumping out of the holder in our vans...just would be a nice feature for when the holders are mounted in a moving vehicle. Otherwise, it's a very nice product; we also purchased their mounts for the Makita 12 volt.
